"Good Quality, but a Bit Pricey"
Overall, I liked the stuff they offer and the quality seems solid. That said, the prices are a little higher than I’d expect. I don’t mind paying more when it makes sense, but for some items, it’s worth comparing before buying

"Decent site, but a little clunky to browse"
I used Archambault to look for a few books and some music stuff, and overall it was okay. The site works fine for the most part, I think, but browsing around can feel a bit messy. I had to click through more pages than I expected to find certain categories, and some of the filters weren’t super obvious to me. The search worked decently though, so that helped. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just maybe not as smooth as it could be.

My preorder had an item on backorder, and I felt kind of ignored for a bit while I was waiting for updates. To their credit, they did keep things clear once I heard from them, and the order ended up shipping sooner than I expected.

I ordered a book from archambault.ca and, the order moved along quicker than I thought it would. I got the confirmation the same day and the shipping details not too long after. It wasn’t instant, but I can’t really blame them for that, it was still totally fine. Overall, a solid 4-star experience.

I was charged for my order, but I still haven’t gotten any real update about what’s going on. I emailed twice to ask about it and never got a reply. the customer service feels way too slow, and it’s frustrating

"Refund was quicker than I thought"
I ordered from archambault.ca and ended up having to return one item because I accidentally chose the wrong version. I was expecting the refund process to be a hassle, since online returns can sometimes take way longer than they should.

But it actually went really smoothly. I mailed the item back, got the confirmation, and the money was back on my card just a few days later. No confusing steps, no endless emails, and no chasing anyone down.

A friend had told me they’d had a good experience with Archambault before, and now I can see why. I was happy with how simple they made the whole return and refund process

I ordered from archambault and, umm, the communication was bad. I didn’t get clear updates or any proper tracking info for days, so I had to reach out myself just to find out what was going on. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Good experience, just wish shipping was cheaper"
I ordered a couple of books from Archambault and they arrived quickly and in good shape. Tracking worked fine too, so no issues there. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the shipping cost felt literally a bit high for what I bought. I’d probably order again, but I’d try to group more items together next time to make the shipping feel more worth it.

"Shipping felt slower than it should’ve been"
I ordered from archambault because the item showed as in stock, so I figured it would ship out quickly. Instead, it took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely changed for days, which made me wonder if it was just sitting somewhere while they weren’t in any rush to deal with it. The package did eventually show up in good condition, so I can’t complain about that part. But for what I paid for shipping, I kind of expected better speed or at least clearer updates. Not a terrible experience overall, just frustrating.

"Promo disappeared right when I checked out"
I was annoyed because the promo was showing while I was shopping, but then it just vanished at checkout. Like, I added the item, saw the discount, went through the steps, and then suddenly the price was back to normal. It felt like one of those situations where a coupon works until the very last second, or a sale tag is there on the shelf but not at the register, or a discount code looks fine until you actually try to pay. Really frustrating.

"Wish I’d Known the Return Updates Would Be So Slow"
The exchange itself went through fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. I just wish I’d known ahead of time how long the return updates would take. I kept checking for progress and ended up feeling a bit frustrated waiting around
